  What's New

Office Closed

The WaterView HOA office will be closed Friday July 3, 2009 for July 4th. The office will re-open Monday July 6, 2009 at 8:30am.

BOD Meeting

The next Board of Directors Meeting is July 20, 2009 at 7:00pm in the HOA office.

Pool Hours

The pool is open Tuesday - Sunday from 10:00am - 8:00pm.  The pool is closed on Mondays except for Labor Day September 7, 2009.

Pool ID Hours

Pool id's will be issued/renewed Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 4:00pm only.  Replacement id's will be issued for $10.00.

Fantasy Football

NFL Football fans wanted!! I am looking to set up a WaterView Fantasy Football League for the 2009 season. I need 10 - 12 football fans for a redraft league. Fantasy football rookies and veterans are all welcomed. Knowledge of NFL teams and players preferred! Contact me if interested at: profjeff2006@yahoo.com.

Just a reminder.... Don't forget when walking your pet to please carry bags with you so you can clean up their mess.

Paying Assessments Online

The website to pay your 2009 assessments is www.cabanc.com.  You must have your statement to pay online.
