The WaterView HOA office will be closed Monday September 6th for Labor Day. The office will re-open Tuesday September 7th @ 8:30am.
RADIO DISNEY IS COMING TO WATERVIEW!!!!!!!!
The 27th Annual National Night Out is a crime/drug prevention program sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch. National Night Out is designed to:
- Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness
- Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime programs
- Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships
- Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
The WaterView HOA is inviting all WaterView residents to attend the celebration which will be held Tuesday October 5, 2010 from 5:00pm – 7:30pm. Residents are asked to turn on their outside lights, lock their doors and join their neighbors for a fun and exciting evening. We will have face painters and Radio Disney for the children. The Rowlett Police and Fire Departments will also be on site to showcase their equipment and vehicles plus answer any questions. This is your community so please come and meet those who work hard to keep us safe and join us in an effort to make WaterView the best and safest community that it can be!

The last day of operation for the swim park is September 6th.

10:00am - 8:00pm
Pool will be closed on Mondays for maintenance except on the following Monday:

The next Board of Directors Meeting is September 20, 2010 at 7:00pm in the HOA office.
Swim Park ID's
New Swim Park ID’s and sticker updates will be issued in the Community Center Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm beginning April 12, 2010 and ending September 3, 2010.
A valid WaterView Swim Park ID will be required for each resident for Swim Park admittance, regardless of age. You MUST have your Swim Park ID with you to enter the Swim Park. If you have a Swim Park ID from last year it must be updated with a 2010 sticker. If you cannot make the hours scheduled to get your ID renewed you may send your passes with a family member or neighbor, so they can update the passes for you. If you are a new WaterView resident or have never had a WaterView Swim Park ID made, proof of residency (driver’s license with WaterView address, closing papers) and a picture ID must be presented in order to get a Swim Park ID. If there is an outstanding balance on your account, WaterView Swim Park ID’s will not be renewed or issued until balance is paid in full.
Replacement badges will be issued for a fee of $10.00.
Swim Park ID’s will NOT be issued on the following dates due to the office being closed.

Scam Alert
It has been reported that citizens in the Rowlett/Garland area have been receiving calls from a company claiming to be “working with the City” to “scope” your sewer lines. They are also claiming that there is an undetermined service charge for this service. The City is NOT conducting any such service.
The callers tell citizens that the City is requiring them to set up appointments to come to the citizen’s home to scope the sewer lines for a fee. These calls are not legitimate. Also, at no time do Rowlett Public Works employees have a need to enter your home. Should you receive any calls of this nature, please contact the City of Rowlett immediately at 972-463-CITY (2489) to make a report
